The 2024 Graduation Ceremony was held at the School Gym. Student council president, Ryan Muchaita was the master of ceremonies.

Josh Nixon, who has been playing music and performing most of his life, performed “Letter to Me,” a song by Brad Paisley. Simone Brugman and Katie Wengryn also performed. They sang “When We Were Young,” by Adele.

The Valedictorian, Drew Rouse, made her speech after the students received their diplomas. She wrapped up her speech by saying, “ Realistically, none of us have it figured out and maybe we never will, but there is something so amazing in that. There is so much freedom to find ourselves.

Never be afraid to reinvent yourself and embrace change in times when it is necessary. It is never too late for change. But most of all, don’t forget to take comfort in the fact that despite everything that you will endure and the inevitable changes that you will undergo, it’s all you.

To the class of 2024, thank you for the adventure, now go on, and have a new one”.

The customary Grand March concluded the event.
