The County of Stettler will continue to provide financial assistance to the Stettler Seed Plant.
Council approved a motion during their Feb 27 meeting to provide a $10,000 grant to the plant, on top of their annual $2,500 budget request.
The County of Stettler provided a $10,000 grant to the seed cleaning plant in 2024, which was used for bookkeeping services according to administration.
The additional funds approved for 2025 were allocated towards advertising mail outs & a booth at the upcoming Stettler Trade Show.
