The new Monte Carlo restaurant in Stettler held a soft opening on March 21.
The original restaurant is located in Camrose, while the Stettler location is in the old Bactrax Lounge building, which as been unused for a number of years.
Co-owner, Rohan Goyal explained that many people from Stettler would visit the Camrose location and ask if he would ever bring a Monte Carlo to Stettler. After further research, Goyal and his partner felt that Stettler needed a more fine dining experience.
The restaurant is open from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday to Sunday. Check out our YouTube video for a sneak peak during the soft opening.
