Purchasing a new skid steer loader was on the agenda during the second county council meeting of March. (Mar 27)

A new vertical lift skid steer was listed as a priority in the capital replacement plan, with $95,000 allocated for a new unit.

Working with Canoe Procurement Group, three requests for proposals were sent back to the County of Stettler.

After some discussion, council awarded the tender for a CAT 299D3 XE Compact Tracked Loader to CAT Finning of Red Deer for $154,245 including GST.
