Students at Byemoor School recently planted trees in celebration of the hamlet’s upcoming centennial.

Byemoor-Endiang Coun. Les Stulberg joined the students to help plant the first tree on school grounds.

The project is part of the County of Stettler’s initiative to plant 100 trees in honour of Byemoor’s 100 years of history.

Centennial celebrations will take place on Saturday, June 7, with a full day of events planned.
