County of Stettler Press Release:
The County of Stettler No. 6 extends heartfelt gratitude to our outgoing Councillors for their many contributions and years of selfless public service dedicated to the betterment of our community.
Serving in municipal government requires dedication, perseverance, compassion, and a deep commitment to community.
It takes individuals willing to make personal sacrifices, often missing important family milestones and cherished moments to devote themselves to the responsibilities of governance and advocacy for the region they serve.
This fall, we honour the following Councillors for their years of dedicated service to the region and to the residents of the County of Stettler:
- Mr. Les Stulberg, 15 years of service representing Ward 1, Byemoor-Endiang
- Mr. Dave Grover, 21 years of service representing Ward 2, Big Valley
- Mr. Ernie Gendre, 12 years of service representing Ward 5, Stettler
- Mr. Paul McKay, 4 years of service representing Ward 6, Donalda-Red Willow
On behalf of staff and administration, Council colleagues, and the County of Stettler community, we thank each of you for your leadership, commitment, and unwavering dedication to public service.
