H.A.T.S (Heartland Arts Troupe Society) once again delighted audiences with its annual dinner theatre, held from November 13 to 16.

Each performance was sold out, with guests enjoying a delicious meal prepared by TC Catering before settling in to watch local talent bring Norm Foster’s play Self Help to life.

The comedy follows a married pair of second-rate theatre actors who reinvent themselves as nationally renowned self-help gurus.

Chaos ensues as they try to conceal a body and maintain their fraudulently earned fame. The sharp wit and farcical twists had the audience in stitches, proving why Foster’s work is a favourite for community theatre groups.

H.A.T.S has been a cornerstone of local arts for years, showcasing exceptional productions that combine the dedication of local performers, directors, and volunteers.

Known for fostering a love of theatre in the Stettler community, H.A.T.S consistently delivers unforgettable evenings of entertainment.

This year was no exception, as the laughter and applause from the audience echoed the Society’s commitment to keeping live theatre thriving.
