Looking to make it a successful year, members of the Boo Crew along with museum staff got creative in promoting the Booseum this year, with a choreographed video along with spooky digital ads.
From the looks of the number of attendees, their efforts paid off!
In the nine years the Booseum has been running, it has become one of the major fundraisers for the Stettler Town and Country Museum.
Volunteers decorate rooms in the old Stettler Courthouse based on a theme for the event and volunteers spend time the last two weekends including Thursday evenings leading up to Halloween scaring attendees in full costumes and make up.
The Booseum has received rave reviews year over year and has become the must see “haunted House” in central Alberta!
The first weekend it opened they had already saw and increase of 50 people to last years numbers going through which means they could be on track for another record breaking years once final numbers are tallied!
