Former Mayor & Councillor Recognized At Town Council

Stettler Town Council recognized two of their former members at their Jan. 6 meeting.

Former mayor Sean Nolls & councillor Travis Randell attended with their spouses & family to be recognized for their public service.

Nolls served for twelve years, including eight as mayor & four as a councillor. 

Mayor Gord Lawlor thanked Nolls for guiding the town through a period of challenging negotiations with the County of Stettler on a number of issues.

Travis Randell served for four years on council, & as a volunteer with the County of Stettler Housing Authority prior to that.

Lawlor noted that Randell continues to serve on the board as a member at large.
