Firefighters quickly doused a vehicle fire and a nearby grassfire south of Erskine on Wednesday morning.
Crews from Heartland Regional Fire Services Station 1 were dispatched to the scene just after 11 a.m. on September 23.
Firefighters knocked down the blaze and had it under control moments after arriving on scene.
A small grassfire sparked nearby from heat and flying debris was quickly doused by volunteer firefighters who were working up the road from the incident.
Traffic along Highway 835 was stopped for a short time while crews secured the area.
