The By-Election Candidate Forum was held at the Stettler Community Hall on August 7. The event was advertised as sold out, but with Pierre Poilievre absent, there were many empty seats. Ten candidates were on stage for about 2 hours, speaking about various local and regional issues.
Hometown Media Stettler was present and recorded the forum, speaking with 8 out of the 10 candidates to gather their reactions.

After the event concluded, we interviewed the majority of the candidates who are running in the by-election.
The by-election is on August 18, with advanced polls open until August 11.
