It was a full house at Stettler Town Council on Tuesday as the community gathered to toast two local hockey teams.

The U13 D Storm clinched the provincial title in late March, while the Imperials were celebrated for capturing the East Central Senior Hockey League (ECSHL) championship.

Players, coaches, & family members filled the gallery, with a chance to show off provincial medals & the Ralph Wiest Memorial trophy.

Following the formal recognition & a round of applause from council, both teams joined local officials for photos.
