The County of Stettler council considered the next steps for roadwork in the east Erskine subdivision during their first meeting of September.

Original plans called paving and curb & gutter work to be completed after the subdivision was built out. Four of the fifteen lots have been sold at this point.

Administration asked council for direction on whether to begin tendering & budget planning for asphalt upgrades now, or to set a build-out threshold that would trigger the project later.

Council passed a motion to continue applying gravel and MG-30 dust control to the area at this time.
