Residents of Rochon Sands and the surrounding Buffalo Lake area will have an opportunity to speak with local law enforcement officers at a community gathering this week.
The Stettler RCMP detachment, alongside County of Stettler Protective Services, is hosting a “Coffee with a Cop” session on Thursday, Aug. 13 at the Rochon Sands Hall.
The two-hour event, running from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., is designed to foster open dialogue between police, municipal peace officers, and community members.
Organizers say local property owners and seasonal visitors are encouraged to drop in to ask questions, share safety concerns, or chat over coffee.
